  • Enable USB Debugging on your Samsung device. For to do simply go to Settings> About Phone> Tap on the Build Number(7or10) times. Then you will notify “you are developer”.
  • And then go back to Setting> Developer Option and enable USB debugging.




Step 1: First, Download the specific firmware for your Samsung Galaxy device. And then Extract the zip file.

Step 2: Once you extract the firmware then you will get the .tar or .tar.md5 extension. Don’t further more extract the (.tar or .tar.md5) file, this file will be flash via Odin tool.

Step 3: Now transfer the Extracted file to your PC desktop, after you can easily find it.

Step 4: And then Boot your device into Download Mode. For to do simply, turn off your device completely and then press and hold Power + Volume Down + Home button simultaneously for a while. And once the warning screen appear then released the button. Then use volume up and down key for selection download mode.

Step 5: Now open up Odin software on your PC. That you have download in download section, Run Odin software as administrator.

Step 6: And then connect you device to your PC via a suitable USB data cable. Once your device connect properly in your PC then the ID: COM port should be blue and Added!! message will be appeared on ODIN screen.

Step 7: After that, click on the AP button in the Odin window and navigate and load the download firmware (.tar or .tar.md5) for your device.

Step 8: Select only Auto Reboot and F.Reset Time, and don’t tick any other option.

Step 9: Carefully check all option, when everything is perfect then click on the Start button.

Step 10: The installation process should be start, it take some time. Once the installation process complete then you will see the Pass alert in Odin screen. That’s mean your flashing process successfully installed.

Step 11: And then you device should be reboot automatically, if your device wouldn’t reboot then reboot it manually.

Step 12: First boot take some time, so be patient and wait for it. And once your device boot up then enjoy your smartphone with new look and new firmware.
